Daily Deals: Smart Plug, Code Name S.T.E.A.M, DOOM, Assassin’s Creed – July 19, 2017

Today’s deals are here and with the TP-Link HS100 Wi-Fi Smart Plug at £17.99 being one of the highlights. This smart plug allows you to access whatever is plug in remotely, while also allowing you to schedule your lamp, fan or whatever you choose to plug in. An away mode is also included, allowing you to turn the lights on and off while on holiday. If that’s not enough, it also works with Amazon Echo too.

Not bad at all for the price.

Code Name S.T.E.A.M has been reduced for 3DS, costing handheld users just £5.99.

In Code Name S.T.E.A.M, the player selects four members from a team of agents, each with their own unique personalities – led by the 16th President of the United States of America, Abraham Lincoln – to fight back against aliens invading the planet. While the combat is turn-based, it takes place with a third-person view, giving this strategy game the feel of a third-person shooter. Online multiplayer and matches against other players are also included.

DOOM is still going for cheap on both Xbox One and PS4. This is a pretty decent game and a good throwback to the titles of old. It’s well worth playing, especially at the cost of less than £12.

Sticking with games, and the Assassins Creed The Ezio Collection is reduced to £15, although this one is exclusive to Prime Members. This includes Assassin’s Creed II, Brotherhood and Revelations, so three games at £5 each. Not too bad.
